In July 2025 the Hub became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), Charity Registration Number 1214230. Our Registration Certificate can be seen here.
The Hub is home to and run by a group of clubs and organisations involved in watersports in Sidmouth. The premises are managed by a group which includes volunteer representatives from each.

Andrew Dean is one of the Trustees of Sidmouth Lifeboat and manages the beach lifeguard service. He was a member of Sidmouth Sailing Club for many years and served on the management, social and Port Royal committees.
